Bozacioglu is a family-founded brand that brings a deep-rooted boza tradition to the Canadian market by synthesizing an ancestral family name heritage with the scientific approach of food engineering.
Our name was formally adopted in 1934, reflecting generations of craftsmanship in boza making. This heritage continues to shape our values today, forming the foundation of our commitment to authenticity, care, and respect for tradition.
Boza is more than a beverage it is a tradition, a craft, and a labour of love.
Guided by this belief, we produce our boza in Canada using traditional recipes combined with modern, compliant food production practices. Our products are made without additives and in alignment with Canadian food safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
Our goal is to preserve the authentic character of boza while delivering a reliable, high-quality product that meets the expectations of today’s consumers.
